Andy Pargellis has told stories (to anyone who would listen) all his life. Rebel Thief is his first children’s novel. During his professional career, Andy published his research results in technical journal articles, covering such diverse areas as artificial life, computational linguistics, aerospace engineering, and condensed matter physics. Andy lives in southern California with his wife, Sandra, and their menagerie (two dogs, two cats, two tortoises, and an unknown number of finches and hummingbirds). They both love gardening, travelling, and spending time with their children and their families.
